Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the AI-901 Prep mobile apps (Android and iOS) and the passthevoid.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by PassTheVoid. By installing, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who we are

What PassTheVoid is

PassTheVoid is an independent study aid for the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-901) exam. It is not affiliated with, authorised, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft. "Microsoft", "Azure", and exam names and codes are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, used here only to describe the exam the Service helps you prepare for.

Our questions and explanations are original works written to mirror the style and objectives of the real exam. They are not real exam questions, exam "dumps", or Microsoft's own assessment content.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 16 or over. It is not directed at children, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract and to make purchases through your app store.

Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation, subject to these terms and to your app store's terms.

Purchases (Pro)

• Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the full question bank, unlimited mock exams, and every reference for the AI-901 exam, with free updates as the bank grows.
• Payment is taken and processed by your app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store), not by us. The store's terms and pricing, including local taxes and currency, apply.
• You can restore a previous purchase on a new device from Settings.
• Pass guarantee and refunds. We stand behind Pro: if you complete the mock exams in the app and still do not pass the AI-901 exam, email hello@passthevoid.com within 60 days of your purchase and we will arrange a full refund. This pass guarantee is a goodwill policy offered in addition to, and without affecting, your statutory rights and your app store's own refund policy, so your normal store and legal refund rights are unchanged. Google Play purchases are refunded by us directly; App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, and we will help you obtain one. Refunding Pro ends your Pro access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, extract, redistribute, resell, publish, or share the question content, explanations, or other materials, in whole or in part, other than for your own private study.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of the app, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the Service unlawfully, or in a way that disrupts, damages, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to it or its infrastructure.

Intellectual property

All content in the Service - including the original questions, answer explanations, design, text, and branding - is owned by PassTheVoid or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The licence above does not transfer any ownership to you.

No guarantee of results

The Service is a study aid provided to help you prepare. We do not guarantee that using it will result in passing the AI-901 exam or any particular score. Exam content, format, and scoring are controlled by Microsoft and may change, and our mock-exam scores are estimates, not official results. Our pass guarantee is a money-back remedy if you do the work and still do not pass (see Purchases above); it is not a promise that you will pass.

"As is", and our liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so - including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your legal rights under the consumer law of your country of residence.

Changes to the Service and these terms

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these terms when the Service changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.
